Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, enquiry type, message and consent so the site administrator can review and respond. Do not submit passwords, payment information or unnecessary sensitive personal data. Contact submissions are delivered by email and are not automatically turned into published articles.
Technical and security data
The hosting provider and WordPress may process IP addresses, browser information, request timestamps, security events and essential cookies to deliver the site, prevent abuse and maintain authenticated sessions. The contact form uses a short-lived, one-way identifier derived from the requester’s network address to limit repeated submissions; the raw address is not stored by the form.
Editorial technology
GGWP Global uses automated tools to monitor permitted public sources, compare reports, assist drafting and check editorial rules. Public source material may be processed by contracted technology providers for those purposes. Private contact messages are not included in that automated source-monitoring pipeline without editorial review.
Analytics and cookies
GGWP Global uses Google Analytics, implemented through Site Kit by Google, to measure visits, devices, approximate location, referrals and interactions. Google may process device and browser information, IP-derived location, pages viewed and consent choices for this purpose. Analytics cookies or similar identifiers are used only where the visitor has granted the applicable consent through the site’s consent banner.

Contact correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, maintain editorial records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Security and hosting logs follow the retention settings of the applicable provider.
